"The IVA service provided to us by Janet Peacock was of an excellent standard resulting in us becoming debt free (with only having to pay our creditors 30p in the pound). In particular we found the opportunity to meet our advisor Janet first before we commenced helped significantly compared to IVA companies only offering a telephone service.
