Richard Owen

Richard Owen is the Senior Corporate Insolvency Manager. He has 25 years experience in insolvency having spent 19 years working within PwC and its predecessor firms in the business recovery department and since 2003 within Griffin & King. Richard is an Affiliate of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. He enjoys meeting directors and trying to help them solve, and deal with, their business problems. He is married with three children and enjoys playing badminton and driving to Italy most years on holiday.

Emma Wallis

Emma Wallis is the Insolvency Compliance Manager at Griffin & King, having 22 years experience in insolvency. Emma has achieved the Certificate of Proficiency in Insolvency (CPI) and is experienced in both personal and corporate insolvency, specialising in the resolution of technical & complex issues that can arise in insolvency. Emma is married with two children and enjoys spending time with her family, socialising and supporting her local theatre group.

Cheryl Gray

Cheryl Gray is the Personal Insolvency Manager for Griffin & King. She has worked in insolvency for 7 years and is a qualified accountant with the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT). She also has 18 years previous experience within an accounting environment. One of her main roles is to advise individuals on how best to deal with their financial situation and alleviate the undoubted stress that this causes. Cheryl is married with two children and enjoys relaxing with friends and family and touring in their caravan.

Janet Peacock

Janet Peacock is the Business Development/ Marketing Manager for Griffin & King. She has work in insolvency for 20 years plus and is a member of the Institute of Credit Management (MICM) & The Chartered Institute of Marketing (ACIM). Janet is experienced in both personal and corporate insolvency. Janet is married and enjoys spending time with the family and her dog and two cats.
