Tim Corfield:
Tim Corfield, Managing Director of Griffin and King Limited, is a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner. Having obtained a degree in Law, he qualified as a Chartered Accountant with one of the leading national firms before joining Griffin & King in 1985. Tim became a partner in 1988 and specialised in advising new start-ups as well as advising established client companies.
Tim's background has given him a thorough insight into the highs and lows of running a business. He is well aware of the difficulties in which businesses can find themselves. As an accountant, he has been at the sharp end of dealing with his clients' problems, constantly monitoring and advising through the good times and bad. Understanding the importance of these skills, he has built a team at Griffin & King who provide unique skills to help and turn around struggling businesses.
As a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, Tim has a vast amount of experience in both personal and corporate insolvency and is frequently requested to write articles for the local media on debt related issues. He is a regular attendee at events around the region and manages an amateur youth football team in Stourbridge in his spare time.
